Eramba is undergoing a rejuvenation process, dedicating its efforts to improving both the front-end and back-end user interfaces to offer a completely revamped experience to its users. After a well-deserved summer break, we are pleased to announce that when you log in to Eramba, you will find a completely revamped homepage and filters.
On the software front, we're enthusiastically and determinedly facing eramba's midlife crisis. The new user interface is practically defined, and development is progressing well with three experts dedicated to the frontend and one to the backend. We hope users can enjoy these changes around the summer, just after our vacation. We don't anticipate further software updates unless significant bugs emerge, which, to be honest, is a possibility.
Regarding documentation, we've been working hard during the first quarter. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, the review reveals flaws that require a fresh start. The documentation for the online risk assessment use cases has been completely revised and improved. Additionally, we've created packages for NIS2, DORA, and ISO23k, and have mapped ISO to these packages, with plans to continue improving these mappings in the coming months.
In terms of online training, this month we will hold the final five-day training of the semester, with over 200 registered participants. As usual, we expect 50% of those registered to not attend. We will continue to offer demos upon request on our website.
Regarding customer service, we observed a decrease in requests during the first quarter of the year, which possibly indicates that we are meeting expectations. We believe that since most customers purchase implementation workshops, the need to ask questions via email is much less. Response times may seem erratic due to occasional delays in responses. Excluding these delays, everything appears to be in order, with an average wait time of approximately 100 minutes for inquiries.
